血液透析患者颈内静脉留置导管常见并发症预防及护理

摘　　要：对46例行血液透析患者采用颈内静脉留置导管建立长期血液透析通路,结果术后并发症13例,其中导管意外脱出1例,尖端贴壁4例,感染3例,血栓形成3例,局部渗血及血肿2例。对其原因进行分析主要是医护人员操作不规范,导管使用时间过长,病人缺少相关知识。提出严格执行无菌操作及精心护理,可以有效减少并发症的发生,使留置导管更安全。Internal jugular venous catheter was taken as the long-term access of blood vessel for patients undergoing hemodialysis. Complications occured in 13 patients after operation,accidental separation in 1 patient,Catheter tip adherent in 4 patients,infection in 3 patients,thrombosis in 3 patients,local errhysis or hematoma in 2 patients.The maim causes to be analyzed were non-standard operation,too long using of catheter and lacking the relenvant knouledge for patients.It was proposed that strict aseptic operation and meticulous care can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,so as to keep indwelling catheter more carefull.
