摘　　要：目的通过对大庆市275名高血压患者的随访调查,测算高血压的经济负担。方法拟合二部模型对高血压的治疗费用进行多因素分析。结果影响高血压治疗费用的主要因素有从业状态、经济收入、医疗保障形式、就诊医院的级别、病情和伴随疾病。结论为有效地控制医疗费用的过快上涨,减轻高血压的经济负担提供切实可行的防治策略和政策性建议。Objective We estimated cost of hypertension with prospective survey on 275 hypertension patients in Daqing. Methods By means of two-part model, we estimated the determinants of the cost. Result The result showed that influencing factors include different occupation,income,share of medical fee,hospital＇s rank,patient＇s condition and other concomitant diseases. Conclusion We should provide rational preventive strategies and suggestions for controlling medical cost and reducing burden of hypertension.
