摘  要:目的:探讨皮肤划痕症患者氧化-抗氧化活性及意义。方法:40例皮肤划痕症患者检测血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),丙二醛(MDA),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)含量,并与正常对照组相比。结果:病例组SOD,GSH-PX活性明显低于对照组(P<0.05),MDA高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在皮肤划痕症的发病机制中存在着氧化-抗氧化系统的失衡。Objective:To investigate the oxidative - antioxidative activity in serum of patients with dermatographism and its significance in clinical practice. Methods:Serum samples from 40 cases of dermatographism were collected for detection of SOD, MDA, GSH - PX contents, and compared with normal control group. Results:In the patient group, SOD, GSH - PX activity is lower (P 〈 0.05 ), whereas MDA is higher than control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: there is an imbalance in oxidative -antioxidative activity, which may be involved in the pathogenesis of dermatographism.
