摘　　要：目的探讨胆固醇性肺炎的CT表现。方法回顾性分析4例经病理证实的胆固醇性肺炎的胸部CT表现,并结合文献进行分析。结果4例胆固醇性肺炎,2例表现为肿块样病灶,邻近胸膜增厚,其中1例中度均匀强化,1例呈多环状强化,2例表现为肺段不张,其中1例周围见多发肺大泡及纤维灶,1例并有散在斑点状钙化,增强后中度不均匀强化。结论胆固醇性肺炎CT表现缺乏特异性,最终确诊需病理学检查。Objective To approach the CT appearances of cholesterol pneumonia. Methods The CT imagings of 4 patients with cholesterol pneumonia confirmed pathologically were retrospectively analyzed and reviewed correlative literature. Results Lesions similar to mass were found in CT imagings of two cases, with pteural thickening. One of them showed midrange adqulis enhancement, another showed multiple ring enhancement after CT contrast. Segment atelectasis were found in two cases, with midrange uneven enhancement after CT contrast. Crinose pneumatocele and fibrosis around the segment atelectasis were found in the imagings of one case, and sporadic stippled calcification were found in another. Conclusion CT appearances of cholesterol pneumonia have not specificity. It is necessary to accept pathologic examination for the final diagnosis of cholesterol pneumonia.
