摘 要:对苯二甲酸(PTA)是生产聚酯的主要原料,其生产废水具有排放量大,污染物成份复杂,锰浓度偏高等特点。以某大型石化企业PTA生产废水经厌氧-好氧处理后的出水为对象,采用混凝沉淀、锰砂生物过滤、微滤、反渗透处理工艺,构成反渗透组合处理工艺系统,对PTA废水进行深度处理后回用。研究结果表明,反渗透系统对总硬度、钠离子、氯化物、硫酸根的去除率均达90%以上,电导率降低至100μS/cm以下,脱盐率达95%以上,出水水质达到国家《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T19923-2005)中冷却用水水质标准。PTA is the main material of polyester production, and its wastewater is characterized by large amount of discharge, complexity of pollutants and high concentration of manganese ions. The target was the effluent of PTA manufacturing wastewater in large petrochemical enterprises which had been treated by anaerobic - aerobic technics. RO group treatment technics including sediment, manganese ore filtration and mierofihration, together with the RO system was carried out to reuse the PTA wastewater. The 2- results showed that the RO system can effectively remove the total hardness, Na+, Cl-, SO4^2- over 90 %; the conductivity is lower than 100 μS/cm; the desalination rate is over 95 %. The effluent quality can meet the requirement of "The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water - Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses"(GB/T19923-2005) for cooling water quality.
