摘  要:电工圆铝杆是生产电线、电缆的原材料,其电阻率对输电效率影响很大,因此控制电工圆铝杆电阻率一直是生产厂家的重要任务。包头铝业集团在多年的生产实践中对其进行了一系列工艺探讨,总结了影响电工圆铝杆电阻率的各项因素和控制电阻率的工艺方法,提出了控制电阻率的工艺原则。As important raw material of electrical wires and cables,the resistance ratio of aluminium electrical rods has great influence on their power transmit, thus to control the resistance ratio of aluminium electrical rods has been the major task of manufacturers. In the production practice of many years, Baotou Muminium Group has carried out series of technology researehs and tests, sumerised the facters which have influence on the resistance ratio of aluminium electrical rods, and also sumerised some technology method to control the resistance ratio of aluminium electrical rod, and gaven out technology principals of prediction and controlling the resistance ratio.
