摘  要:针对许多产品的性能往往受到多个应力的影响,研究多应力加速退化试验的优化模型.首先介绍了退化轨道的一般框架,然后在此框架上建立基于Wiener过程的多应力性能加速退化试验优化模型.在试验总费用的约束下,通过最小化产品寿命分布p分位点的渐进方差来确定各应力水平下试验的产品数、性能参数的采样间隔及采样次数等.最后给出一个示例验证了模型的有效性.Design of accelerated degradation tests in being concentrates on the case of only one stress, but the performance of many products are affected by several stresses simultaneously, so it is necessary to study the optimal models for the accelerated degradation tests with several stresses. This paper first introduces a basic modeling framework of degradation path and then proposes an optimal model for accelerated degradation tests with several stresses based on Wiener process. Under the constraint of total experimental cost, sample size, measurement times and measurement frequency are obtained by minimizing the asymptotic variance of the estimated lOOpth percentile of the product's life distribution. Finally, an example is presented to validate the model.
