摘　　要：金融危机爆发对我国外贸企业的沉重打击,再次表明我国出口商品结构不合理以及对外贸易高依存度的弊端。本文从贸易条件模型入手,通过分析1980～2003年间中国与美国的相关变量发现,由于我国贸易结构长期以出口劳动密集型产品为主,使得我国不断增长的制造业生产率和较低的购买力水平成为我国贸易条件趋于恶化的重要影响因素。因此,提高居民的收入水平,增强中国制造业生产多样化的能力,是长期内改善我国对外贸易条件的途径。The global financial crisis strikes our trade enterprises heavily,and it indicates that the structure of our exports is unreasonable and the higher dependence in foreign trade is wrong.This paper establishes a model of terms of trade first,and then empirically analyses the relevant variables of 1980~2003 years between China and us.We find that owing to our exports which are almost labor-intensive products in the long period,the higher labor productivity in our manufacturing sector and the lower level of purchase power has been worsening China's terms of trade.So,increasing the income level of residents and enhancing the ability of diversifying the manufactures may improve our terms of trade.
