摘 要:应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定四川姜黄药材中镁、钙、铁、锰、锌、铜等元素的含量,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定其中钼、铅、镉、铬等元素的含量。结果表明:所有材料中镁的含量最高,铬的含量最低(或不含)。火焰法测定镁、钙、铁、锰、锌、铜的加标回收率为99.0%~103.6%,石墨炉法测定钼、铅、镉、铬的加标回收率为100.0%~114.0%,相对标准偏差均小于3.0%。AAS was applied to the determination of 10 inorganic elements in medicinal rhizoma curcumae longae grown especially in sichuan province. Mg, Ca, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu were determined by FAAS and Mo, Pb, Cd, Cr by GFAAS. Among these dements, content of Mg found was the highest, while content of Cr was the lowest (or even none was found). Values of recovery for Mg, Ca, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu were found in the range of 99. 0%-103. 6%, and for Mo, Pb, CA and Cr were found ranged of 100. 0%-114. 0%, with all the values of RSD's (n=5) less than 3.0%.
