摘  要:在pH 4.04的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,溴丙胺太林和刚果红生成红色络合物,最大吸收波长为500 nm。对显色反应条件做了试验并予以优化。溴丙胺太林的质量浓度在0.4~40.0 mg·L^(-1)范围内符合比耳定律,检出限(3s/k)为0.15 mg·L^(-1)。该法用于溴丙胺太林片中溴丙胺太林含量的测定,回收率在98.2%~102.0%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.3%~1.6%之间,测定值与紫外分光光度法测定值相一致。In an HOAc-NaOAc buffer solution of pH 4. 04, a red complex, was formed by the reaction of propantheline bromide with congo red, having the absorption maximum at the wavelength of 500 nm. Beers law was kept in the range of 0. 4--40. 0 mg· L-1 , with detection limit of (3s/k) O. 15 mg· L-1. The conditions of color reaction were tested and optimized. The proposed method was used in the determination of propantheline bromide in pharmaceuticals, giving values of recovery by standard addition method in the range of 98. 2 %--102. 0% and RSD's in the range of 1. 3%--1.6% The results obtained was in conformity with those by UV-spectrophotometry.
