抗血栓药材醇提物的筛选研究

摘　　要：目的观察抗血栓药材醇提物的活血化淤作用。方法采用小鼠脑偏瘫、血小板聚集、玻璃毛细管法、高脂血症模型、急性血淤证模型等试验方法,测定药物对小鼠脑血栓的保护率、血小板聚集的电阻率、凝血时间、血脂水平及对血液黏度的影响。结果柿子叶、桂莪术、黄杞叶、榕树须、甜茶藤等对小鼠脑血栓模型有一定保护作用;黄皮叶、首乌藤、黄杞叶、甜茶藤等对血小板聚集有一定抑制作用;首乌藤、桂皮油、柿子叶、黄皮叶、黄杞叶、榕树须等具有抗凝作用;柿子叶、黄皮叶、黄杞叶、榕树须、甜茶藤等具有降脂作用;首乌藤、榕树须等可改善急性血淤证大鼠血液流变学指标。结论初筛结果为开发利用抗血栓药材提供了科学依据。Objective To observe the effect of promoting blood flow to expel the blood stasis of alcohol extract substance of antithrombotics crude drugs. Methods To adopt cerebral thrombosis of rat, platelet aggregation, glass capillary, the model of hyperlipemia, the model of acute stagnation of blood,and another experimental methods ;To examine the protective rate of brain hemiparalysis of rat,resistivity rate of platelet gregation,clotting time,blood fat level and the effect on blood viscosity. Results Those Chinese medicine,such as Diospyros kaki Thumb. , Rhizoma cureumae kwangsiensis ,Engelhardtia roxburghiana Wall, Fieus microcarpa Linn. f, Ampelopsis groasedentata, etc, all had a certain protective effect on the model of cerebral thrombosis of mice; meanwhile, Clausena lansium, Polygonurn multiflorum, engelhardtia roxburghiana Wall, Ampelopsis gressedentata, etc, had a certain depressant effect on platelet aggregation; Clausena lansium, persimmon leaf, Polygonum multiflorun, Engelhardtia roxburghiana wall, Ficus mierocarpa Linn. f, etc, had the effect of antieoagulation; Clausena lansium, Diospyros kaki Thumb. , Polygonum multiflorum, Engelhardtia roxburghiana, Fieus mierocarpa Linn. f, Ampelopsis grossedentata, etc; they could cut down the blood fat;Polygonum multiflorum, Diespyros kaki Thumb., Ficus microcarpa Linn. f, etc,these drugs could improve targets of hemorheology. Conclusion The result of preliminary screening supplied scientific basis for developing and utilizing antithrombotic medical material.
