摘 要:采用人类乳腺癌(MCF-7)细胞增殖试验和子宫增重试验研究饮用水源水及自来水中有机提取物的雌激素活性。结果表明,水源水提取物对MCF-7细胞的增殖效应表现出剂量—效应关系,高剂量的水样有机提取物在体外试验中可引起病理变化的毒性作用,从而导致细胞死亡;自来水提取物对MCF-7细胞的增殖指数基本稳定,没有表现出增殖效应。水源水及自来水的有机提取物均可导致子宫增重,高剂量的水样有机提取物有一定的发育毒性。饮用水源水及自来水的有机提取物具有雌激素活性。MCF-7 cell proliferation test and uterotrophic test were used to study the estrogenic ac- tivity of the organic extracts from drinking source water and tap water. The results show that the effect of the organic extracts from drinking source water on MCF-7 cell proliferation has a dose-response relation-ship, and high-dose organic extracts from water samples in vitro can cause the toxic effects with pathologi- cal changes, which can induce cell death. The proliferation index of MCF-7 cell by the organic extracts from tap water is basically stable, showing no proliferative effect. The organic extracts from drinking source water and tap water both can induce an increase in uterine weight, and the high-dose organic extracts from water samples have a certain developmental toxicity. The organic extracts from drinking source water and tap water both have estrogenic activity.
