小针刀治疗冈上肌损伤的随机对照试验

摘　　要：观察小针刀治疗冈上肌损伤的临床疗效。方法:将60例冈上肌损伤患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例予小针刀治疗,对照组30例予手法治疗,治疗结束2周及3个月后,参考《中华人民共和国中医药行业标准、中医药诊断疗效标准》中冈上肌腱炎的疗效标准评定疗效及复发情况。结果:治疗组疗效高于对照组,差别具有统计学意义(P=0.026);治疗组复发率低于对照组,差别具有统计学意义(P=0.041)。结论:两种方法均有效,但小针刀组疗效更佳,复发率低。Objective：Observing the effect of supraspinatus tendinitis treating by small needle knife. Methods：60 patients with supraspinatus tendinitis were divided into treatment group（ n = 30, treat with small needle knife） and control group （ n = 30, treat with manipulation） randomly. The curative effect and recurrence were evaluated by 《National standards of diagnoses and curative effect of TCM》 at two weeks and three months after treatment. Results： The effect of the treatment group was better than the control group＇s. The result had statistical difference（ P = 0.026）. And the recurrent rate was lower in the treatment group than in the control group with statistical difference（ P = 0.041）. Conlusion： Both of the treatments are effective, but small needle knife is suoerior in effect and lower recurrence.
