摘  要:研究了以正丁醇为助溶剂,不同比例的乙醇柴油混合燃料在不同转速、不同负荷下的燃烧特性。试验结果表明:随着混合燃料中乙醇比例的增加,燃烧滞燃期延长,而且在不同转速、中大负荷工况下,缸内最大爆发压力增大,峰值滞后明显;燃烧放热率呈明显双峰现象,放热率曲线后移,峰值高于柴油,燃烧持续期缩短。在小负荷工况下,缸内压力峰值随着燃料乙醇比例的增加而减小,放热率曲线呈单峰形曲线。在低速小负荷时,大比例乙醇混合燃料燃烧持续期有所延长。An investigation of combustion characteristics of diesohols with 1-butanol as emulsifier on a YC6J170-21 diesel engine was carried out. The results show that: with the increasing of ethanol proportion, ignition delay prolonged, and maximum firing pressure increased and postponed under middle and high load. Meanwhile, heat release rate took on a typical double-peak figure and the curve shifted behind aceordingly, but the peak value was higher than that of diesel fuel, and the combustion duration shortened. Under low load, maximum firing pressure reduced reversing to the augment of ethanol proportion, and the heat release rate curve presented as a signal peak type; at low speed, combustion duration prolonged in accordance with the proportion of ethanol.
