摘 要:目标威胁评估是现代防空作战和指挥作战决策的基本依据,是实现指挥自动化作战的重要环节之一。文中提出了一种基于多属性目标决策理论的雷达组网探测系统的威胁评估技术,采用线性加权求和法来对目标的威胁程度进行实时在线评估。该方法简便易行,并能利用计算机进行实时评估,突破了因考虑因素过多,相互间关系复杂,仅停留于理论且计算误差大的威胁评估算法。实例验证了其有效性和合理性。Target threat evaluation is the basis of modern radar netting and combat operation decision making, so it is an important factor of modern air defense and the operation process of command automation system. This article presents a target threat evaluation technology for multi-radar netted systems. It takes a linearly weighted fusion method based on multi-attributes target decision theory to evaluate the target threat in real time. It overcomes the shortcomings of past algorithms that only fit for theory because of taking too much factors in to consideration and the complicated their relationship. A numerical example is given to show the rationality and effectiveness of the model.
