试论胃阴的标准化

摘　　要：从胃阴的定义和生理功能、胃阴虚的症候、治则治法以及辨证用药等诸方面对胃阴进行标准化研究,认为胃阴内涵有二个层次,水谷受纳和六腑通降是其生理功能的主要体现,胃阴虚症候有两组,病机是胃体失润、胃不受纳、通降失权、胃气上逆,治以养阴和胃。From the definition and physiological functions of stomach-yin, and symptoms, therapeutic principles and treatments of stomach-yin deficiency, these viewpoints are concluded that there are two classes of the meanings of the stomach-yin, that its physiological functions are acceptanee and digestion of food and dominance of six fu-organs descent, that pathogenesis of syndrome of stomaeh-yin deficiency is incapability to been moistened, refusal to accept food,inability to descend and stomach-qi regurgitation, and that therapeutic principles are nourishing yin and pacifying stomach.
