摘  要:介绍了偏氯乙烯(VDC)-丙烯腈(AN)乳液聚合的方法,研究了各种助剂及工艺条件对VDC-AN共聚物分子质量的影响,结果表明:当m(VDC):m(AN)=60:40、反应时间为5-6h时总转化率最高,该共聚物纤维的LOI〉30%,其阻燃性能优良。Methods for the emulsion polymerization of vinylidene chloride(VDC) and acrylo- nitrile(AN) were introduced. Effects of various additives and process conditions on the molecular weight of vinylidene chloride-acrylonitrile copolymer were studied. The results showed that the highest total conversion ratio could be obtained when the mass ratio of VDC to AN was 60 : 40 and the reaction time was 5-6 hours, and the limiting oxygen index (LOI) of the obtained copolymer fiber was 〉30% and its flame retardant property was good.
