摘　　要：本文分析了军队医改面临的形势和要求,提出了深化医改的趋向;设计了深化医改的总体思路,提出了正确把握深化医改的指导;聚焦了现行医疗保障存在的深层次矛盾和问题,提出了深化医改的重点;围绕加强改革的领导与管理,提出了建立健全深化医改的举措。In this paper, the situation and requirements that military medical reform is faced of were analyzed , and the trends of deepening it were put forward. The overall ideas to deepen medical reform were designed, and the guidance to grasp correctly was proposed. The current deep seated contradictions and problems in health care system were focused on, and the emphasis to deepen medical reform was raised. At last the measures to deepen medical reform were posed around strengthening leadership and management of medical reform.
