摘　　要：随着新军事变革的不断深入,未来一定时期内,以多样化军事行动应对突发事件将成为我军的重要任务之一。本文重点阐述多样化军事行动分类,高效、快速的组织指挥,成批伤员院前急救,院内救治的具体实施,同时注重与地方各部门协调,以促进了医院成批伤员救治的顺畅组织和高效实施。With the deepening of the military revolution, in the future, one main task for the army is to respond to the diversification operations. The author proposed the measures to meet the demands of diversity of categories of military operations, establish efficient and rapid organization of command, improve efficiency of mass casualty first aid, hospital treatment of the specific implementation, at the same time to coordination with local departments to promote rescue quality and efficiency.
