摘　　要：通过对外科医疗队在地震灾区依托当地医院展开救援工作的总结,详述外科医疗队的配置、展开及任务完成情况;提出在特大自然灾害条件下,外科救援队的快速组成,人员、设备的合理配置,以及依托地方医疗单位顺利展开;是在紧急救援中充分发挥救治效能的重要条件。To conclude the experience of East Hepatobiliary Hospital surgical team relying on local hospital in the earthquake of Sichuan on May 12 2008, the elaboration of configuration and commencement of surgical rescue team is necessary. On conditions of natural disasters, the establishment of surgical rescue team and the rational allocation of personnel and equipment are very important in urgent rescue.
