摘  要:和谐管理基本原则包括:一要尊重事物的多样性,二要重视并促进各种要素的相互作用,三要坚持正确的矛盾引导,四要坚持动态发展原则,五要坚持人本原则。医学院校和谐发展要重点处理好几种关系:①正确处理"教学"、"科研"和"直接为社会服务"的关系;②正确处理"内部"与"外部"的关系;③正确处理改革、发展与稳定的关系。The principles of harmonious administration include : ( 1 ) to respect the diversity of things ; (2) to attach importance to and promote interaction of different factors ; (3) to stick to the right way for guiding contradictions; (4) to stick to the principle of dynamic development; and (5) to stick to the humanitarian principle. The harmonious development of medical institutions requires the proper handling of the following factors : ( 1 ) the relationship between "teaching", "researching" with "directly serving the society" ; (2) the relationship between "the internal factor" and "the external factor" ; and the relationship between reform, development, and stability.
