摘　　要：和谐管理基本原则包括:一要尊重事物的多样性,二要重视并促进各种要素的相互作用,三要坚持正确的矛盾引导,四要坚持动态发展原则,五要坚持人本原则。医学院校和谐发展要重点处理好几种关系:①正确处理"教学"、"科研"和"直接为社会服务"的关系;②正确处理"内部"与"外部"的关系;③正确处理改革、发展与稳定的关系。The principles of harmonious administration include ： （ 1 ） to respect the diversity of things ; （2） to attach importance to and promote interaction of different factors ; （3） to stick to the right way for guiding contradictions; （4） to stick to the principle of dynamic development; and （5） to stick to the humanitarian principle. The harmonious development of medical institutions requires the proper handling of the following factors ： （ 1 ） the relationship between ＂teaching＂, ＂researching＂ with ＂directly serving the society＂ ; （2） the relationship between ＂the internal factor＂ and ＂the external factor＂ ; and the relationship between reform, development, and stability.
