摘 要:为解决深井高应力条件下大断面岩巷快速掘进难题,基于新汶矿区内各矿具体生产特点,因地制宜开发出2类大断面岩石平巷机械化作业线:一是以液压钻车+挖斗装载机+大型梭式矿车+架空侧卸式带式转载机为典型代表的液压钻车作业线;二是以掘进机+桥式转载机+大型梭式矿车为典型代表的综掘机作业线。针对上下山掘进生产特点及制约因素,因地制宜开发出2类机械化作业线:一是以大功率耙装机+斜巷输送带(可兼作运料)+水平矸石仓+耙装机为典型代表的上下山作业线;二是以大功率耙装机+侧(底)卸式矿车+水平矸石仓为典型代表的上下山作业线,实现了大断面斜巷安全高效掘进。研究成果对推动我国岩巷掘进的机械化装备水平和深部开采整体技术水平,具有示范作用,可在类似地质条件下推广应用。In order to solve the rapid excavation problems of the large cross section rock roadway under the high stress condition of the deep mine, base on each mine certain production features in Xinwen Mining Area, two mechanized operation lines of the large cross section rock roadway were developed according to its circumstances. One mechanized operation line was a typical hydraulic drilling rig operation line with the hydraulic drilling rig + the bucket excavator + large shuttle cars + over frame side loading belt conveyor. The other one mechanized operation line was the typical fully mechanized operation line with a roadheader + stage loader + large shuttle cars. According to the production features and limited factors of the upwards and downwards roadway heading, two mechanized operation lines were developed according to the circumstances. One line was the typical upward and downward operation line with large power scraper loader + inclined roadway belt conveyor ( or for material conveying ) + horizontal reject bunker + scraper loader. And the other line was the typical upward and downward operation line with large power scraper loader + side dumping ear + horizontal rejects bunker. A safety and high efficient heading of the large cross section roadway could be ensured. The study achievements would have the demo function to push the mechanized equipment level and deep mine mining completed technical level of the rock roadway heading in China and could be widely applied in the similar geological conditions.
