摘 要:提出一种新颖的微带-鳍线过渡结构,该模型结构简单,尺寸紧凑,可以在较宽的频率范围内实现较低的插入损耗和回波损耗。对微带-单侧鳍线过渡的电路原理和传输特性进行了分析与研究,在此基础上拓展设计了微带-双侧鳍线和微带-单脊鳍线的过渡结构,并将其用于宽带鳍线谐波混频器中。在18~32GHz频率范围内,对一个背靠背对称结构的微带-单侧鳍线过渡电路进行测试,单个过渡电路的插入损耗约小于0.8dB。这种过渡设计在微波毫米波鳍线混合集成电路设计中,可以得到广泛的应用。A novel mierostrip-to-finline transition structure is presented in this paper. This simple and compact transition structure has a low insertion loss, low reflection performance in wide band. The circuit principle and transition characteristics of the microstrip-to-unilateral finline are studied. Based on analysis, the microstrip-to-bilateral finline and microstripto-single ridge finline transition models are also designed. They are applied in wide-band sub-harmonic mixer in finline circuit. A back-to-back microstrip-to-unilateral finline transition circuit is designed and measured. The measurement result shows the insertion loss of single transition circuit is less than 0.8dB from 18 to 32GHz. This novel transition structure is very useful in microwave and millimeter wave finline hybrid integrated circuits.
