摘　　要：目的:探讨颈动脉体瘤手术治疗的全程护理效果及体会。方法:总结4例颈动脉体瘤患者手术治疗的全程护理,包括心理护理,术前护理、基础护理、术后护理、出院指导等。结果:4例病人均手术成功,症状缓解,无术中及术后并发症,远期效果满意。结论:细心和精心的护理是提高手术成功率和减少并发症的关键。Objective： To discuss the effect and the experience ot nursing the carotid body tumor after operation. Methods ： nursing of the four patients with carotid body tumor after operation were analyzed, including mental nursing, nursing before operation, basic nursing, nursing after operation and direction when leaving hospital. Results ： all of the four patients were operated successfully, symptoms relieved, no complications, and satisfying long term effect. Conclusion： achievement ratio of the operation can be elevated and the complications reduced through careful and elaborate nursing.
