摘 要:指出大波动过渡过程压力钢管顶部的最小压力和小波动过渡过程调节品质为冲击式水电站设置或取消调压室的主要控制指标。据小波动过渡过程不带调压室调节系统稳定分析,在一定范围内若调速器参数合适即可满足小波动调节品质要求,并得出了保证小波动过渡过程稳定的关键在于选择合适的的暂态转差系数。实例表明,对冲击式水电站大波动过渡过程若针阀关闭规律合适,取消调压室是可行的。对小波动过渡过程,取消调压室后Tw由2.35 s增至5.31 s,Tw/Ta由0.28增至0.63,均突破了现行规范的规定,但调保控制参数亦满足设计要求。This paper proposes that the minimum pressure in pipe and small fluctuation stability are the main considerations of setting upper surge tank in the design of an impulse hydropower station. By the theoretical stability analysis of controlling system without setting surge tank and in consideration of turbine governors' improvement, a conclusion is drawn on that there remains available governor parameters to meet the requirements of small fluctuation in the quality of regulation although Tw^4s(or Tw/Ta^0.4),and the key to guarantee the stability of small fluctuations is to select a reasonable value of bt. By comparing numerical calculation of the transition process with two different conditions, namely with and without setting surge tank, the above findings are further demonstrated.
