摘  要:自动发电控制(AGC)和安全约束调度(SCD)均是确保电力系统安全、优质、经济运行的重要手段。介绍了云南省调能量管理系统(EMS)中的安全有功实时调度系统,该系统将自动发电控制与安全约束调度相结合构成闭环控制,实现了稳定断面越限的预防和校正控制。实际工程应用表明,该方法可有效地将稳定断面有功功率控制在允许范围之内,确保电力系统的安全稳定运行。Automatic generation control (AGC) and security constrained dispatching (SCD) are both the crucial measures to keep power system secure, economical and of sufficient quality. This paper introduces the application of a system called secure active power real-time dispatching to the EMS in Yunnan provincial dispatching center, which integrates the automatic generation control with security constrained dispatch to constitute a closed-loop control system to implement the preventive and corrective control of tie line overload. Actual application of the system shows that this method can effectively keep the power flow of tie line within the permissive bounds and ensure the secure and stable operation of power system.
