摘　　要：本文采用西门子S7-200系列PLC和WinCC监控软件相结合的控制模式,实现了材料分拣的全自动监视与控制。S7-200 PLC和以WinCC为OPC客户端的监控软件之间的通讯采用S7- 200 PC ACCESS作为OPC服务器实现。经过对材料分拣装置的实时监控,证明系统稳定性和准确度较好,能满足监控系统的需要。Based on performance characteristics of the system, this paper realizes automati- cally the surveillance and control of the material sorting installation, making use of the control model combining of Siemens S7-200 series PLC and WinCC configuration software. Making use of S7-200 PC Access OPC Server carries out the communication between S7- 200 PLC and the WinCC configuration software as the OPC client. The system was con- firmed to achieve stability and real-time performance, and requirement of supervisory control system was met though the real-time supervisory control of elevators＇ performance.
