摘　　要：目的明确2001～2006年我国卫生监督机构房屋建设资金自筹情况。方法全国系统抽样调查2001～2006年省市县各级卫生监督机构的房屋建设的项目数量和投入资金,以及资金来源,计算自筹比例。结果6年来,全国卫生监督机构建设中,44.1%的建设项目需要自筹资金,自筹资金总额达到0.69亿元,占建设投入资金的25.8%。资金自筹比例过高势必影响公共职能的落实,应引起重视。Objective：To know the situation of self-financing for house construction of health inspection and supervision institutes between 2001 and 2006 in China. Method： Using systematic sampling survey to investigate the data of the number,the amount, and the source of funds of house consa-uction projects in health inspection and supervision insti- tutes, and compute the self-financing ratio. Result： During the past six years, 44. 1 percent of the construction projects need to be self-fmancing,the amount of which was 69 million yuan accounting 25. 8 percent for the total investment It should be paid more attention that high self-financing ratio may certainly affect the implementation of public functions.
