摘  要:甘肃省是全国滑坡泥石流灾害最严重的省份之一。1949年以来,重大恶性滑坡泥石流灾害达50余起,死亡2100多人。全省27%的面积有滑坡泥石流(?)分布,其中,滑坡有40000多个;泥石流沟有7000多条。全省滑坡泥石流可划分为三个区;Ⅰ,陇中、陇东黄土滑坡—泥流区;Ⅱ,陇南岩石、岩屑滑坡—粘性泥石流区;Ⅲ,河西岩石滑坡—稀性泥石流区。滑坡泥石流的区域控制因素是地形地貌、地质条件;触发因素是地震、降水和人类活动。滑坡泥石流的活动频率与地震、暴雨频率基本相吻合。滑坡泥石流的防治原则是以防为主,综合治理,因害设防,因地制宜,讲求实效,立足防患于未然。Gansu Province is one of the very serious hazard regions on landslide and debris flow in China. Since 1949, over 50 great serious disasteres of landslide and debris flow have happened, therefore more than 2,100 people were killed. The landslide and debris flow are distributed on the 27% area of Gansu Province. Based on the conditions of geomorphology, topography, geology, character and distributed density of the landslide and debris flow, the area can be divided into the three parts: 1. Loess landslide——mudflow area in the centre and east of Gansu Province; 2. Rock landslide——debris slide and sticky debris flow area in south Gan- su ; 3. Rock landslide and watery debris flow area in west Gansu. For the landslide and debris flow happening, it is caused generally by the factors of geomorphology and top ography,geology, earthquack, rainfall and human activity etc. So the active frequency of landslide and debris flow are roughly fited with the active frequency of earthquack and rainfall. It is the principle for the main preventions, comprehensive measures to control, and do our best to control it before occuring, in the landslide and debris flow preventing and controlling.
