摘 要:为了有效促进云南松苗木生长,采用3×3回归设计,田间排列结合拉丁方和随机排列的特点,对实生苗进行N、P配施试验。结果表明:苗木生长量及生物量与N、P用量之间的关系符合二元二次方程,反应曲面为钟形曲面模式,即各生长指标均存在一个产量峰值。峰值以前,各生长量及生物量随N、P用量的增大而提高;峰值以后,各生长量及生物量随N、P用量的增大反而下降。根据肥料效应模型求得苗高、地径生长量以及根、干和叶片生物量最大时的N用量(以土计)分别为0.12、0.17、0.16、0.17、0.21g/kg,以及P用量(以土计)分别为0.85、1.13、1.08、1.24、0.94g/kg,最佳ω(N):ω(P)分别为1.00:7.08、1.00:6.65、1.00:6.75、1.00:7.29和1.00:4.48,对应的最高理论苗高、地径生长量分别为10.92、0.19cm,最高理论根、干和叶片生物量分别为0.091、0.042、0.269g,分别较对照提高了10.2%、28.4%以及279%、425%和97.8%。其中,施肥对树干发育的作用最明显,但各个构件对肥料用量和比例的响应规律不同,较高的P肥比例有利于促进树干的高生长和根系发育,较高的N肥比例有利于促进树干的粗生长和叶片生物量的积累。An experiment of nitrogen fertilizer application combined with phosphorus fertilizer was conducted to accelerate the seedling growth of Pinus yunnanensis using regression design, Latin square design, and random arrangement. Results showed that the relationships between growth increment, biomass, and nitrogen and phosphorus levels could be described by binary quadratic equations, and each growth index has a maximum value. The growth increment and biomass increased with increasing nitrogen and phosphorus levels before the indexes reached their maximum values, while they decreased with increasing nitrogen and phosphorus levers after the maximum values. The optimum levels and proportions of nitrogen and phosphorus for the highest increments of height, basal diameter and the highest biomasses of root system, stem, and leaf were obtained as 0.12, 0.17, 0.16, 0.17, 0.21 g per kilogram soil for nitrogen fertilizer, 0. 85, 1.33, 1.08, 1.24, 0. 94 g per kilogram soil for phosphorus fertilizer, and the corresponding proportion of nitrogen to phosphorus 1.00 to 7.08, 1.00 to 6.65, 1.00 to 6.75, 1.00 to 7.29, and 1.00 to 4.48, respectively. The maximum increments of height, basal diameter in theory were 10.92 and 0.19 cm, and those of root system, stem, and leaf were 0.091, 0.042 and 0.269 g, respectively, which increased by 10.2 percent, 28.4 percent, 279 percent, 425 percent and 97.8 percent, respectively, compared with those without fertilization. Fertilizer application had an obvious promotive effect on stem growth, but different growth indexes showed different optimum fertilizer levels and proportions. Higher phosphorus level was suitable for stem height growth and root system development, while higher nitrogen level was advantageous to stem diameter growth and leaf biomass accumulation.
