摘  要:通过对首次引进国内的真桦种子的繁殖,获得了真桦苗木,并对其播种繁育技术、植物学特征及部分生物学特征进行了研究。结果表明:用质量浓度为100g/L的赤霉素浸种可代替光照打破种子休眠,促萌效果较好,发芽率达到86%;真桦苗木全年高生长为120d左右,2年生苗高速生期为6月16日至8月5日,期间出现2次生长高峰,生长量占全年总生长量的76%。A long-term field experiment was conducted to study the cultivation technique, botanical characteristics, and biological characteristics of Betula maximowicziana seedlings obtained from the seeds introduced from Japan in 2003. Result showed that the requirement for light could be replaced by gibberellic acid (GA) to break seed dormancy, and GA at a concentration of 100 mg/L was the best for germination, with a germination rate of 86 percent. The annual height growth period for B. maximowicziana was about 120 days. Two-year-old seedlings grew rapidly with two peaks during 16 June and 5 August, and the height increment accounted for 76 percent of the total.
