摘  要:采用常规压片法,首次研究了蒙古莸(Caryopteris mongolica Bunge)根尖染色体的数目、核型。结果表明:蒙古莸染色体为二倍体,数目2n=26,基数x=13;相对长度组成I.R.L.=6L+6M2+8M1+6S,即具3对长染色体,3对中长染色体,4对中短染色体和3对短染色体;臂比值变化范围是1.02~2.18,核型公式为2n=2x=26=22m+4sm,中期染色体具11对中部着丝点染色体和2对亚中部着丝点染色体,属于"2B"型,核型不对称系数为58.48%,未观察到次缢痕和随体。The root tip squash method was applied to study the chromosome number and karyotype of Caryopteris mongolica Bunge. Results indicated that the diploid chromosome number was 26 and the basic number was 13. The metaphase chromosomes were composed of eleven pairs of metacentric chromosomes and two pairs of submetacentric chromosomes, and the arm ratio ranged from 1.02 to 2.18. The karyogram fit well to the formula of 2n =2x =26 =22m +4sm, and the karyotypc belonged to the type of "2B". Its karyotype asymmetry index was 58.48 percent, and secondary constriction and satellite were not found.
