摘  要:通过动载荷冲击磨料磨损试验及磨损后磨面硬度测量,运用扫描电子显微镜SEM和透射电镜(TEM)观察磨损表面形貌和磨损亚表层组织,研究了超高锰钢的耐磨性和冲击磨料磨损行为。研究结果表明,磨损60min时,低冲击功磨料磨损条件下,改性高耐磨锰钢的耐磨性比ZGMn13钢有显著提高,磨面硬度随着时间的延长而缓慢增加。而高冲击功时的耐磨性是ZGMn13钢的1.5倍,磨面硬度在短时间内达到HB440左右。其磨损亚表层的TEM组织主要由高密度位错、变形带组成,且微晶与非晶镶嵌分布。依据实际工况条件,加工硬化和冲击韧性适当配合的超高锰钢耐磨性良好。The wear resistance and impact abrasive wear behaviors of super-high manganese steel are investigated through dynamic impact abrasion test and hardness measurement of the abrasion surface. By employing SEM and TEM, the worn surface morphology and microstructure of abrasion subsurface are observed. The results show that after wear 60 min and under the low impact energy, the wear resistance of the modified high manganese steel with Hadfield steel is greatly improved. The hardness of wear surface is slowly increased with the extension of the time. However, under the high impact energy, the wear resistance of it is 1.5 times higher than that of ZGMn13 steel The hardness of wear surface is increased to HB440 in short time. Typical TEM morphologies of deformation structure of super-high manganese steel are high density dislocation, deformation bands, microcrystal and noncrystaL Based on the practical operating condition, the appropriate matching between work hardening and impact ductility performs fine wear resistance.
