摘 要:以固始鸡和安卡鸡杂交建立的F2代资源群为研究材料,探讨屠体重、屠体重率、全净膛率、半全净膛率、胸肌重率和腿肌重率的遗传分离规律。结果表明:6个屠体性状在不同性别、批次和家系中均呈极显著差异,母鸡的胸肌率极显著高于公鸡,而其他屠体性状却低于公鸡;第三家系的全净堂率极显著高于其他家系,并且该家系6个屠体性状的最小二乘均值均大于其他家系,正交系各屠体性状值高于反交系。结果显示:该资源群体可有效地用于屠体性状位点定位和相关功能基因的克隆。The genetic segregation rules of six carcass traits, including carcass weight, carcass rate, breast muscle rate, leg muscle rate, eviscerated yield with giblet rate and eviscerated yield rate in the F2 resource population established by Gushi chicken crossing with Anka chicken, were conducted in this experiment. The results showed that six carcass traits were extremely in the sex, batch effect and family; Breast muscle rate in male were extremely higher than that in female group but extremely lower in other carcass traits. Third family was more extremely than other family in the eviscerated yield rate. Comparsion of least square mean of third family was more than other family in the six carcass traits. Six carcass traits in direct cross was higher than that in reciprocal cross. This indicates that the resource population can be efficiently used for the map- ping of QTL and functional gene cloning of these carcass traits.
