摘　　要：根据沈阳市建筑节能标准的实施情况以及有关统计数据,分析了沈阳市既有居住建筑的节能现状、能耗现状、政策现状,指出了存在的问题,并提出针对性的改进建议。According to the implementation of energy efficiency standards of buildings and statistics, the present situation such as energy efficienct retrofit for existing residential buildings was analyzed, as well as the energy consumption and policy situation in Shenyang. Some problems were pointed out, and some suggestions on how to improve them were proposed.
