摘　　要：新形势下如何增强高校基层党建活力,需要以改革创新精神去探索新视点新路径,准确把握高校基层党建的特点和规律。In order to improve dynamic CCP building in between the lower faculty of universities, fresh points and methods should be explored with a reforming and creative mind, the features and routines of CCP building in between the low faculty in universities.
