摘 要:根据铁路工程混凝土结构耐久性要求,针对哈大铁路客运专线预应力混凝土铁路桥箱形简支梁用C50抗冻混凝土,采用P·O42.5普通硅酸盐低碱水泥、Ⅱ区中砂、5~20(25)mm碎石、I级低钙粉煤灰、S95磨细矿渣粉及聚羧酸系高性能减水剂等原材料进行配合比优化设计,通过室内试验和现场复验试验,配制出C50抗冻混凝土。试验结果表明:其56d龄期的电通量小于900C,能承受425次以上冻融循环,具有很高的抗氯离子渗透能力和抗冻融能力。该混凝土已成功应用于哈大铁路客运专线工程灯塔制梁场32m预制预应力混凝土箱梁中。In accordance with the requirements for concrete structure durability of railway engineering and in the light of the C50 antifreezing concrete to be used for the simply-supported box girders of prestressed concrete bridges on Harbin-Dalian Passenger Dedicated Railway, the mix proportioning for the concrete was optimally designed by utilization of the raw materials including the normal P·O42.5 low alkaline Portland cement, the medium sand in District II, the gravels of 5-20(25) mm, the Grade I low calcium fly ash, the S95 ground fine slag powder and-the high performance water reducing agent of polycarboxylate acid serial. Through the laboratory and verifying filed tests, the concrete was finally mixed and produced. The results of the tests demonstrate that the electric flux of the concrete at the age of 56 days is less than 900 C, the concrete can experience the freezing-thawing cycles more than 425 times, has the very strong ability to resist the permeability of chorine ion and the freeze and thaw. The concrete was already successfully used for the 32-m span precast prestressed concrete box girders at the Dengta Girder Precast Yard, the Harbin-Dalin Passenger Dedicated Railway Construction Project.
