摘　　要：能量管理系统(EMS)在运行过程中经常出现一些无规律的异常现象,传统的跟踪手段很难定位此类异常出现的原因,也无法判断异常是否已经出现。文中提出了一种动态跟踪技术,可以在不影响EMS运行效率的情况下,快速准确地定位无规律异常出现的原因,并可以为EMS软件自动消除异常提供依据。During its operation the energy management system （EMS） often faces irregular abnormal phenomena. It is very difficult for traditional tracking technology to find out why and when abnormalities have occurred or whether they have occurred or not. A dynamic tracking technology proposed is believed to be capable of accurately locating the abnormality in time without affecting the EMS efficiency while furnishing a basis for the EMS to eliminate abnormalities on its own.
