摘　　要：中国-东盟自由贸易区的建立,为我国周边省区的产业结构升级与经济发展提供了优质平台,但就业结构能否顺应产业结构作出相应的调整必然影响到这些地区的产业结构调整的顺利进行与经济发展。通过对产业结构偏离度、相对劳动生产率及就业弹性等指标分析发现,我国周边省区产业结构与就业结构的协调性不强,因此,这些地区必须依据产业结构调整的规律,加强政府的指导作用,建立起就业结构与产业结构相协调的动态机制。The establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area provides a high-quality platform for the surrounding provinces in China to upgrade its industrial structure and develop its economy, but whether the employment structure make corresponding adjustments complied with the industrial structure in these areas will definitely affect the smooth adjustment of industrial structure and economic development in these regions. Through the indicators of deviation degree of industrial structure and employment structure, relatively labor productivity and elasticity of employment, we find that the coordination between industrial structure and employment structure in these provinces is not strong, so these areas must strengthen the guiding role of government and establish a dynamical coordination mechanism of industrial structure and employment structure based on the law of industrial restructuring.
