港城关系视角下的浙江港口城市崛起

摘　　要：文章根据港城关系互动程度的不同,将改革开放以来浙江港口城市的发展划分为起始、成长和功能提升三个阶段。改革开放以来浙江港城关系具有的特点为:港口经济带动作用明显、港城互动十分突出、港城互动范围不断扩大、港城互动层次不断提高。最后,文章从港城互动的角度总结了浙江港口城市发展的基本经验。This paper, according to the port-city interaction in varying degrees, divides the development of port cities in Zhejiang since the reform and opening up into three stages： emergence, growth and functional upgrading. Since the reform and opening up, port-city relationship in Zhejing has had certain features： obvious driving role of port economy, prominent port-city interaction, expansion in the scope of port-city interaction and improvement in interaction level, etc. At last, this paper summaries basic experiences of port city development in Zhejiang from the perspective of port-city interaction.
