摘  要:提出了炼油装置蒸馏塔顶注氨及冷凝水pH值自动控制技术,介绍了在塔顶注氨过程中pH值的自控设计,采用分段限幅PID控制算法,通过在线pH值监测系统、注剂自动控制器和变频控制器实现对注剂泵的控制,从而使pH值被稳定控制在设定值附近。现场应用表明该系统达到了炼油装置低温部位工艺防腐蚀的要求以及系统设计的预期目标。塔顶注氨及pH值自动控制系统的研制成功为炼油装置工艺防腐蚀提供了先进的科技手段。The automatic control technology for refinery distillation tower overhead ammonia injection and condensate pH value is presented. The design of automatic control of pH value in the process of ammonia injection is introduced. The adoption of PID control calculation and application of on - line pH monitoring system and automatic controller and variable - frequency controller for ammonia injection pump have maintained the pH value close to the set point. The field application shows that this system has met the corrosion protection requirements for low temperature locations and system design. The successful development of automatic control system for distillation tower overhead ammonia injection and pH value has provided a state - of - the - art means for corrosion control of refinery process units.
