摘  要:为提高锌负极大倍率充放电的性能,先以直接反应法和球磨法合成了四边形、六边形和不规则三种形态的锌酸钙,并用X射线衍射光谱法(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜法(SEM)对其进行了表征,然后以恒电流充放电法考察了三者作为负极添加剂时对锌镍电池大倍率充放电性能的影响。实验结果表明,锌酸钙的晶体形貌在低倍率充放电时对锌负极性能影响差别较小,但随着充放电倍率的加大,这种差异也迅速放大。其中添加不规则形态锌酸钙的锌负极性能最差;而添加六边形和四边形锌酸钙的锌负极性能较好,其中又以六边形锌酸钙最佳,其电极反应速度快,放电平台高和循环寿命长。In this study, a simple method for preparation and characterization of three calcium zincate samples of different morphology was developed to improve the high-rate charge/discharge performance of zinc negative. The samples were synthesized, followed by direct reaction method and ball milling method. The morphologies of obtained samples were then characterized by XRD and SEM. In addition, their effects on high-rate charge/discharge performance of zinc electrode were mainly investigated by constant current charge/discharge tests. The results show that there were a little differences in low-rate charge/discharge, but the differences were magnified as the rate increasing. The negative with regular, especially the hexangular calcium zincate had better high-rate charge/discharge performance than the irregular one.
