碳纤维导电水泥砂浆热稳定性的研究

摘  要:研究了碳纤维导电水泥砂浆中,含量相同的碳纤维沿厚度方向梯度分布和层状分布对砂浆热稳定性的影响。结果表明,与碳纤维层状分布相比,碳纤维梯度分布使导电水泥砂浆试件中各层之间温度差明显降低,最大层间热应力从15.42MPa降至5.21MPa,降低了约2/3。层间热应力的减小可有效地提高材料的热稳定性,从而提高其使用寿命,实现了水泥基材料导电发热复合功能一体化。This paper studied the different effect of carbon fiber with equal quantity dispersed in cement mortar deferring to layered and gradient distribution on heat stability of the carbon fiber conductive cement mortar. The result indicated that comparing with the carbon fiber layered distribution, carbon fiber gradient distribution decreases the temperature difference between neighboring layers, and the max. interlayer heat stress was decreased from 15.42 MPa to 5.21 MPa,which is 2/3 less. The decrease of inter-layer heat stress can effectively increase heat stability of the material. As a result,the service life of the cement mortar is enhanced and the integration of dual functions of conductivity and heating of cement-base material is realized.
