摘　　要：通过流行病学调查、剖检病变和组织病理学观察,结合PCR技术检测病原核酸,确诊肉用种鸡群发生了由ALV-A和ALV-J感染而导致的淋巴细胞性白血病和骨髓细胞瘤型白血病。在检测的6只病鸡中,6只病鸡均感染了ALV-J,2只病鸡感染了ALV-A。Through epidemiological investigation, autopsy and Histopathologieal ehangs study, combining with the PCR technology, the infected broiler breeders were diagnosed as Avian Lymphocytic Leukemia and Avian Myeloid leueosis caused by Avian Leukosis Virus Subgroup J （ALV -J） and Avian Leukosis Virus Subgroup A （ ALV - A ） co - infected. In the 6 infected chicken, all the chicken were infected by ALV - J,2 were infected by ALV - A.
