摘 要:为提高高压水射流原盐粉碎设备的生产能力,降低能耗,通过采取改进物料混合喷嘴、改进加料和射流工作方式等措施,改进了单射流——物料侧进式高压水射流原盐粉碎设备的结构,设计开发出多射流——物料中进式高压水射流原盐粉碎设备。实验结果表明,多射流——物料中进式高压水射流原盐粉碎设备生产能力达到7.50t/h,产率为54.63%,比能耗降低到4.22kW.h/t,泵电机的效率达到93%。多射流——物料中进式高压水射流粉碎设备的研制成功为原盐水力粉碎新技术的工业化奠定了基础。For increasing comminuting equipment the mixing nozzle, the the production capacity and decreasing the energy consumption, the structure of raw salt with high-pressure fluid jet was modified by taking some measurements such as modifying feeding and the fluid jet. Multi-Fluid Jets Center-Feeding type raw salt comminuting equipment with high-pressure fluid jet was developed on the basis of One-Fluid Jet Side-Feeding type. The results show that the production capacity of the Multi-Fluid Jets Center-Feeding type raw salt comminuting equipment with high-pressure fluid jet reaches 7.50 t/h, the yield enhances to 54.63%, the energy consumption decreases to 4.22 kW· h/t, and the efficiency of high-pressure pump motor is 93%. The successful development of the "Multi-Fluid Jets Center-Feeding" type raw salt comminuting equipment provides a promising foundation for the industrialization of raw salt fluid comminution.
