摘 要:为了探讨贵州不同穗型超级杂交稻根系特点的差异,对不同穗型的超高产水稻的根系,采用根箱钉板法研究了全量根系在土壤中纵向、横向的分布特征和根系活力特征。结果表明,后期耐早衰的多穗型金优431表现根系生物量大,深根系比例高。根系横向分布随土壤深度增加,趋向离开植株中心分布。根系重量密度以表层最高,并随深度增加逐渐下降。多穗型金优431在表土层以下的根系重量密度比大穗型黔南优2058明显提高,齐穗期后根系活力下降比黔南优2058慢,表层浮根也比黔南优2058生长量多。The vertical and horizontal distribution characteristic of total roots and their roots activity of two super-high hybrid rice varieties with different panicle types were observed by the root culture box method to study difference of roots characteristics between super-high hybrid rice varieties with different panicle type. The results showed that Jinyou 431 with senescence tolerance and multi-panicle type has higher roots biomass and the proportion of the deeper roots is high, the roots horizontal distribution increases with increase of soil depth and the roots distributes toward the plant round, the roots weight and density in the surface soil layer is highest and decreases with increase of soil depth. The roots weight and density of Jinyou 431 below the surface soil layer is higher than that of Qiannanyou 2058 with a heavy panicle type, its drop speed of roots activity is lower than that of Qiannanyou 2058 and its growth quantity of floating roots is higher than that of Qiannanyou 2058 after full heading stage.
