摘 要:以美洲商陆为研究材料,设置了5个锰(Mn)浓度:5(CK)、500、2 000、5 000、10 000μmol/L,用水培法进行试验。在处理10 d和20 d时,对其叶片的活性氧代谢指标进行测定。结果表明:随着锰处理时间的延长,锰胁迫使过氧化物酶(POD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,表现为处理第20天时明显大于处理第10天,各时期抗氧化酶和抗氧化物的变化不均衡。锰处理第10天时,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和POD活性升高,过氧化氢酶(CAT)保持稳定,酶促抗氧化系统对Mn2+胁迫下活性氧具有清除作用;处理第20天时,SOD、MDA和POD活性均高于对照,CAT含量无明显变化,表明:锰处理下商陆叶片的细胞膜还没有受到明显伤害;随着锰处理浓度的增加,商陆叶片SOD和POD活性提高,保护酶活性的提高有利于活性氧自由基的清除,这可能是商陆耐锰毒的一种生理响应机制。With taking Phytolacca americana, as material, five manganese (Mn) concentrations, 5 (CK), 500, 2 000, 5 000, 10 000/μmol/L were set to carried out the experiment by using water culture method. And the leaves index of active oxygen metabolism was measured while treating 10 days and 20 days. The results show that with the extension of the processing time of manganese, peroxidase (POD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) content increase, the performance of the 20 days treatment higher than that of 10 days. Changes of antioxidase and antioxidant in different periods are imbalance. With 10 days of manganese treatment, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and POD activity increase and catalase (CAT) maintaining stability, so enzymatic antioxidant system can scavenging reactive oxygen species under Mn^2+ stress. In the 20th day treatment, SOD, MDA and POD activity are all higher than the control,CAT content has no significant change indicating that the cell membrane of P. americana leaves has not been obvious injury under Mn treatment. With the increases of Mn concentration, The SOD, POD activity in P. americana leaves advance and the enhancement of protective enzymes activity is conducive to the removal of reactive oxygen species, which might be a physiological response mechanism to resist Mn toxicity in P. americana.
