摘  要:以油茶花粉为食研究了尼氏真绥螨在不同温度和湿度下卵的孵化率及孵化后的性比,以及在25℃、80%RH条件下开始1周的逐日产卵及子代性分配规律。结果表明:温、湿度等外界条件的变化对其卵的孵化率和后代性比有明显的影响,温度或湿度越高,子代愈为偏雄分配。尼氏真绥螨第1天所产卵孵化的后裔有非常明显的偏雄分配,随后6 d则均是差异不显著的偏雌分配。The hatchability and sex ratio of Euseius nicholsi fed with pollen of Camellia oleifera were studied at 19℃, 22℃, 25℃, 28℃ and 31℃ of temperature and 70%, 75%, 80%, 85% and 90%of relative humidity (RH) respectively, and the pattern of egg-laying and daily sex allocation in next generation in the first week were also examined at 25℃ and 80% of RH. The results showed that the changes of external condition had significant influence on the hatchability and sex ratio of the predatory mite. The sex ratio of offspring was male-biased under higher temperature or RH. The sex ratio was male-biased in the larvae from the eggs laid first day, whereas it had a non significant female-biased during the following six days.
