摘  要:采用水平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术检测分析了110份河南郑州红鸡血浆中的淀粉酶(Amy-1和Amy-2)、碱性磷酸酶(Akp-1和Akp-2)、酯酶-1(Es-1)同工酶的多态性,结果发现:除Amy-2和Akp-2位点呈单态外,其余位点均具有多态性,且akp-1、Akp-20、Amy-2i和Es-1B频率较高,而Es-1A频率较低,Es-1C频率为0.000 0,Amy-1A和Amy-1B频率均在0.500 0左右,Amy-1AB型频率很高。其多态位点百分比(P)和平均杂合度(H)相对较高。表明,郑州红鸡血浆蛋白(酶)的多态程度较高,遗传多样性较为丰富,选择潜力较大。Including amylase (Amy-l, Amy-2), alkaline phosphatase (Akp-1, Akp-2) and enzyme-1 (Es-1), the plasma isozyme polymorphism of 110 samples from Zhengzhou red chicken in Henan were detected and analyzed by using horizontal polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results show that the polymorphisms were found in Amy-l, Akp-1 and Es-1. C-ene frequencies were higher in akp-1, Akp-2°, Amy-2^1, Es-1^B, but lower in Es-1^A, and 0. 000 0 of that in Es-1^c. The frequencies of Amy-1n and Amy-1^B were approximately 0. 500 0. Genotypic frequency was much higher in Amy-1^AB. The percentage of polymorphic (P) and the average heterozygosity (H) were high. This indicates high blood protein polymorphism and rich genetic diversity in the red chicken, which has great potentialities for breeding.
