强痛宁中延胡索乙素的质量标准研究

摘　　要：用薄层扫描色谱法测定了复方中药制剂中延胡索乙素的含量,方法回收率为102.2％±1.85％,在0.51～4.6μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,并用薄层色谱法对本品中的冰片进行了鉴别。The quantity of tetrahydropalmatine in Qiongtongning is determined by TLC scanning method. This paper only deals with the quantitative detennination of tetrahydropalmatine, one of the main active ingredient of Qiangtongning. Theexperimental conditions of TLC was as follows: silica gel-G plates with benzene- acetone(7:3 v/v), determined by single wavelength TLC canner at 280nm, recovery is 102. 2% and RSD - 1. 85% (n = 5). This method is accurate and convenient.
